She has a passion for helping people improve their skills and knowledge. She has over 16 years of experience in developing learning content, managing the learning functions, collaborating with subject matter experts and conducting evaluations to meet business needs. In addition to her CPTD certification, Melody has earned a bachelors degree and two masters degrees!
